Compassionate Care

At DIR-A, we support youth ages 13–17 who are facing 

mental health and substance use challenges. Through individual and group therapy, we help teens build healthy coping skills, understand triggers, and make positive choices to 

influence healthy behavior.   

Internship Opportunities

We are seeking LCDC students, Bachelor Level, and Master Level Social Work students who may be interested in an internship with us, serving in the mental health and wellness space. Email us your resume if interested.

OVERVIEW

Comprehensive Outpatient Care for Teens

DIR provides high-quality, individualized intensive outpatient programming for adolescents ages 13–17, addressing both substance use and mental health challenges. We offer both in-person and online sessions.

Structured Outpatient Care

 Our Intensive Outpatient Program includes 15 hours of group therapy and one hour of individual therapy each week, along with comprehensive case management services. We strongly encourage parents, guardians, and family members to participate in the therapeutic process to support the best possible outcomes.
