IOP includes 9 hours of group therapy weekly for both mental health and substance abuse, individual sessions weekly, case management services, and drug testing. Modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Understanding Your Addiction, Life Skills, and Health & Wellness.
Psychotherapy
Participate in supportive group therapy for substance abuse and/or behavioral support.
Includes assistance with probationary requirements and parole requirements, such as community service mandates and routine drug testing.
Fulfill legal volunteer and service requirements.
