IOP includes 9 hours of group therapy weekly for both mental health and substance abuse, individual sessions weekly, case management services, and drug testing. Modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Understanding Your Addiction, Life Skills, and Health & Wellness.
We proudly provide Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services for adolescents (13+) who need structured, compassionate support while continuing to live at home. Our PHP program meets 3 days a week for 3 hours each day, providing a supportive environment where individuals can work on managing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns.
